 As a follow-up to our previous announcement on November 5, 2012 concerning the subject matter, FM has changed the RoofNav listing for Mechanically Fastened assemblies to incorporate the changes referenced in their announcement from October 18, 2012 and included with our previous announcements.
PLEASE NOTE: The new changes apply only to new construction or tear-off projects. Re-cover projects, where the existing roof system is to remain in place, are not affected by these changes.
In light of the above, it is important to verify appropriate Roof-NAV numbers. Assembly numbers used in the past for new and tear-off projects will no longer apply and new numbers have been modified.
It is important to:
- Consult with your local FM Engineer concerning a proposed assembly on FM insured projects.
- Verify applicable RoofNav number on their website.
